I spent way too much money on a lot of effects & theyre all missing smh. I had customized effects at the bottom of my screen & I am now unable to use them because they say "demo". plz fix this bug. this app used to be the best to edit with. now its just terrible.

This app does not help edit videos that you already have but you have to film them right then and there. This is a tremendous amount of money to do just about anything !

Where are the power-packs that I already purchased? Video Star is a great app, kids love it but I will go elsewhere if this is not taken off.

Until today this app was amazing. When I updated I lost all my power packs and was unable to restore them . I used 2 different Apple ID but there is a glitch in the update. So I rebought my items expecting t to ny charge me not I spent money on effects I have already purchased. I want my money back.

After I got the update my watermark doesnt look the same, its really annoying because I have a video editing account and if my watermark doesnt look the same, it defeats the purpose of it. I usually love this app so much but this is really annoying.

This is fun app is not making your own professional type video

so i opened my app and i have none of my effects i previously bought. i dont even have the import effect which mind you ive already had previously. i updated this app and everything this needs to be FIXED NOW. i did not waste my moment on this app just for my effects to vanish and now its trying to make me pay again? i think not. I restored many, many times and i still cant get my packs back. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

I paid for the video import kit and the stupendous re-effect and I use it for a day and the next it said demo and it didnt let me use it

Hey sometimes I love it... Its the $$ though.. Like really $2.99 for an effect thats like saying a package of gum, for $10.00, ur not going to pay for it..

Can you please make it to where you can tap the screen and it will focus? I have a hard time filming because it wont focus and i hate just sitting there waiting for it to focus so can you PLEASE make a free effect where itll stay focused? Im sure many of us have this problem, thank you for your time -BasicLps

I have previously payed for the video layer and when the update came out it said I had the demo. Supposedly you guys fixed it but when I went back to the app it still said I had the demo. Please fix this!!!

All my powerpacks are gone i wasted more than 50 dollars fix asap please

I bought every effect, but then a few days after they all got deleted, I had to save up so much money to buy all those effects. Please fix it, I want my money back!

This WAS an amazing app but there are many bugs to this like an URL was not found that was weird it didnt happen before.I love this app so much,but now idk.I dont even know what URL means or anything like that I do make edits well tying too now.I dont want an app that I spent 30-50 dollars.

I love video star but I think there should be an effect where you can put your OWN vids in.

This app stole my money. I bought mostly all effects, and now it says I dont have them. If you guys dont fix this soon, Im going to want my money back!!!

I love the app, just wish I could do videos with my friends that are out of state. Please consider adding this option. Maybe where one does a scene, then the other does the next scene, and so on. It would make interacting with others from afar fun!

I opened the app and it said I didnt have my video layer and my other effects. Now I surely remember that I bought all of these before and I even restored lots of times to get ALL my effects back but still nothing. You updated but it still wont give me my other effects back. Please fix this. Im so impatient.
