Import Glitchs

I dont know why it happens but when i try to import a video it glitches out and gives me a short millisecond of the video. Its stupid and needs to be fixed immediately. Theres also a glitch where sometimes, at the end of an imported scene theres a grey screen covering the footage. Other than that Ive spotted no other bug.
